Please read these terms carefully before using Sinaptrix Services

This agreement, drafted in English, is the sole binding Terms of Service (TOS) agreement between Sinaptrix and you. Versions in other languages may be published solely for ease of understanding, but only for this purpose. In the event of any discrepancy between this agreement and any translation that is published or distributed, the terms of this agreement shall prevail.

Introduction

By accessing Sinaptrix Services (hereinafter, "Services"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service (hereinafter, "TOS") and all supplemental policies. Sinaptrix Services include the online applications accessible via the following platforms:

•Case and service management system – SinaptrixOne
•Wiki space for training and documentation for commercial representatives, agents, and providers

Account Registration and Protection

Registration Information

To create an account with Sinaptrix Services, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false or inaccurate data may result in the suspension or termination of your account and potential liability for damages to Sinaptrix, its affiliates, directors, and shareholders.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials for the Services. Sinaptrix may impose and modify secure password policies and require best practices in cybersecurity to protect your account. Any unauthorized access, compromised credentials, or misuse of your account must be promptly reported to Sinaptrix.

Account Liability

You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account and any damages resulting from improper use. You may not share your access credentials with third parties, whether within your organization or external, and you will be personally and directly responsible for any actions taken by such third parties in your name.

Usage Restrictions

Prohibition of Reverse Engineering

You may not, by yourself or through third parties, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code, algorithms, or structure of the Services or any other Sinaptrix technological property. You may not access, use, or copy any code (whether front-end or back-end), libraries, data structures, diagrams, business logic, or general documentation associated with the Services.

Prohibition on Copying Internal Processes and Materials

You are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using Sinaptrix or third-party processes, techniques, materials, and content accessed through the Services for personal, commercial, or third-party purposes without prior written authorization from Sinaptrix.

Accuracy and Responsibility of Provided Information

Accuracy of Entered Data

When using the Services, users commit to entering accurate, truthful, and complete information. Users are solely responsible for any damages arising from the use of false, incorrect, incomplete, or unverified data.

Liability for Damages

Users shall indemnify and hold Sinaptrix, its affiliates, directors, and shareholders harmless from any direct or indirect damages resulting from using the Services in violation of these TOS.

Protection of Intellectual Property

Intellectual Property Rights

Sinaptrix Services, including all content, designs, logos, trade names, trademarks, and any other material protected by intellectual property rights, are the property of Sinaptrix and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or exploitation is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Sinaptrix.

Personal Data Protection and Confidentiality

Third-Party Data Protection

Sinaptrix and its users commit to complying with applicable regulations on personal data protection. Any personal data of third parties accessed or uploaded to the Services must be treated with strict confidentiality and used exclusively for the specific purposes authorized by the data owner.

User Data Protection

Personal information of users will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the processing of your personal data for service provision and related purposes according to the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Sinaptrix is not responsible for any improper or unlawful use of the Services by users or for the inaccuracy or veracity of the data entered. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sinaptrix shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.

Modifications to the Terms of Service

Sinaptrix reserves the right to modify these TOS at any time. Users will be notified of any substantial changes via email and a notice upon their next login to the Services platform. Continued use of the Services implies acceptance of the updated TOS.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute related to these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the State of Florida, USA.
